Q1: What is RGBCW?

Q2: Can these be used on a wall? I want them to work as security lights to look down instead of up.

A2: Yes,they can be mounted on a wall. You would need to get the appropriate type of screws and extension cord to mount the lights securely. You also need an electric outlet nearby for power supply and WiFi has a range that can reach the lights.

This shipping policy is valid for orders delivered to US, UK and EU only. For delivery to other countries and areas, please contact us (shop@novostella.net) first to confirm the shipping fee and delivery date before order.


After your payment is verified, it may take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 16 pm (GMT+8) will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 16 pm (GMT+8) on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday (public holiday is not included). While most of us know that RGB – Red / Green / Blue – you might not have heard of the CW part at the end. This is an acronym for Cold / Warm, which refers to the ability to control not only the color, but also the warmth of the white light. A cold light might be good for replicating daylight, while a softer, warmer light creates a more cozy mood. With tunable white from 2700K to 6500K and 200lm, Novostella Bloom floodlight could meet various needs. For example, a light that is 2700Kelvin (2700k), has a much warmer feel to it and tends to mimic the warmer tone of a traditional halogen light bulb. 6500k is very sharp bright white and almost starts to lean into a slight bluish heugh. The easiest way to remember it is this: the higher the kelvin temperature the cooler the feel. Most would agree that warmer lights should be used to enhance the natural color of the landscaping.



You can add lights into groups and set up each of the groups to turn on at different times and have different colors. With this, you can light up your house when you want and how you want it. Set the timer by group in app, and you can enjoy your outdoor space after the sun goes down, in a smart way.
