FAQ

Q1: Is it Wi-Fi version or BT version? What’s the difference between the 2 versions?

A1: It is Wi-Fi version. BT version that requires a hub fulfills the demand of a larger quantity and higher synchronization. If you only want a small handful of smart lights in your home, the Wi-Fi version is recommended. No need of a hub and just set up like other Wi-Fi-based products: Install it and use the app to connect it to your Wi-Fi network. But note that sometimes your Wi-Fi is not able to bear too many devices especially when all your smart devices are connected. The potential risk is that the network speed could be slow down or your devices could even be disconnected.

Q2: What is the name of the app that controls these lights?

A2: Smart Life. And you can also control them by speaking to Alexa or Google Assistant.

Q3: If I have all 4 of these power on at the same time, will they all cycle the same color simultaneously?

A3: Yes! the Smart Life app lets you group devices together and then you can treat that group as one device. It even works with Alexa/Google so you can say set [group name] to red and all the lights will shine red. These things work well.

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 16 pm (GMT+8) will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 16 pm (GMT+8) on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday (public holiday is not included). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.
